Schematic and layout
Circuit design starts with component selection that survives contact with reality — parts that are actually available, in packages that can be assembled, with margin on voltage and temperature. Layout then follows the electrical requirement: controlled impedance where signalling demands it, deliberate ground strategy, and thermal relief where the power dissipates.
Boards built for industrial environments
Most of what we design goes into plant, vehicles or field equipment. That means conformal coating, wide temperature-range parts, transient protection on every line that leaves the board, and connectors chosen for vibration rather than convenience.
Prototype, bring-up and transition to production
We assemble the first articles, power them up and debug them on our bench, with the firmware being developed against them in parallel. Once proven, the same board is supportable long term through our PCB repair and maintenance service.

Common questions
Can you redesign a board that uses obsolete components?
Yes — obsolescence redesign is a large share of this work. We identify functional replacements, adjust the layout for the new packages, and verify the change against the original board's behaviour so the rest of the system sees no difference.
Do you handle fabrication and assembly as well as design?
We manage both through our qualified board houses and our own assembly bench, and we can also source hard-to-find components through our electronic component sourcing service.
