Where mechanical meets electrical
Integration failures are almost always interface failures — a sensor mounted where it cannot see the target, a drive parameter set for a different inertia, an interlock that trips on vibration. We take ownership of the interfaces, which means specifying the mounting and the alignment as carefully as the component.
Drives, motors and motion
Motor and drive selection against real torque and duty requirements, with parameter sets configured, documented and backed up. Where the application needs coordinated motion, the logic is developed through our software and firmware capability.
Panels and documentation
Control panels are built to a schematic, labelled to match it, and handed over with an as-built drawing set. It sounds unremarkable until you have tried to fault-find a panel where nothing is labelled and the drawing is three revisions out of date.

Common questions
Can you retrofit modern controls without replacing the machine?
That is usually the economic answer. A machine with a sound bed and drivetrain but obsolete controls can be re-driven and re-instrumented for a fraction of replacement cost, and gains diagnostics it never had.
Do you provide as-built drawings?
Always, and they reflect what was actually installed rather than what was originally planned. Drive parameters and program backups are handed over with them.
